ii. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
iii. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation in the return package.
iv. Ship the product(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
b. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Refunds
a. Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund within 2 business days.
